Energy

I dont know when I stopped reading my OSHO Books but today when i was thinking about a few of them, this is what I got reminded of --

There was person in one of the sessions who asked a Question --"I have a feeling i am storing everything inside myself, i am closed and locked. I just feel I am holding myself together inside. I cant flow".

We sometimes have tendencies to either hold the energy too much inside-- i.e: in control or do excessive flow which becomes destructive. It is very important to channelise your energies. Some people go in extermities and keep flipping back and forth and not accepting the fact we need to work with both the energies seamlessly and choicelessly and not thrust upon ourselves either of the options especially out of circumstances. Authentic is usually confused as overflowing and not keeping a check, these energies to flow, and to let it happen naturally.
I recently felt that if you keep trying, everytime trying and nothing happens. This is when your energy is flowing in one direction and you are forcing ureself to move in the other direction.
Another important channelsing not to keep repeating the wrong words like " iam holding" " its not working out" it will itself lead to contradiction of what you want. By making contradiction ( which i do most of the times)it lead to being half in place and missing the centre of the energy as you are doing it half hearted and in doubt and questioning your own energy.

What I have realised ( not implemented) is to trust your own energy and flow with it. At times the leakage of the energy happens when one begins to think " this is all a waste, this relationship is a waste". Eventually it is important to know the centre always throws to back to periphery and periphery back to the centre. Maybe it all about the energy and sometimes it is important to put yourself aside.

Picturesque-- Mineome

Mi, Neo, Me were having a conversation in the middle of the night, day break, breakfast, lunch and at work in their heads.

Mi- It takes a long time, effort to build something and very easy to break.
Neo- It is difficult to value something when you get it easily
Me- There is huge difference in diminshing of role vs. erasal of role
Mi- It is easy to move on and difficult to hold on
Neo- It is easy to live together for a day but difficult to live together forever
Me- It is easy to recall sad moments but difficult to recall the happy ones
Mi- Diamonds are not womens' best friends, they are because
Neo- Most friends are selfish, they only talk the walk and never act
Me -Whiners are actually losers
Mi- Lines of the song "Rehna tu jaisa hai tu, thoda sa dard tu thoda khushi"--- Is very true !
Neo- Sometimes no matter what you do or give you will never be excellent at it.
Me- Difficult to identify who the culprit is --the mood swings in general or mood swings which ruin relationships or imaginations which ruin moods and then ruin relationships
Mi- Easy to start something difficult to take it all the way through
Neo- Running in parks is good for health... running after people isnt
Me- Easy to say it will not work out ... difficult to work towards it
Neo- When something is not important/valuable/old you will always throw it away. Valuables are always kept safe.
Mi- Many a times you believe you will be a wonderful mother, but you dont know when?

Movie- Diarios de motocicleta

Diarios de motocicleta aka Motorcycle Diaries is a Spanish Movie. It is a journey and a memoir of Ernesto Guevera who later become the world famous Marxist revolutionary Che Guevera.
The memior is a journey which Che Guevera ( who is a doctor) and his friend Grenado ( abiochemist) take on for an adventure across Latin America initially on a motorcycle. They travel to different countries, learn , observe, transform their own identity in the process. The movie is a must watch and fascinating for many reasons, atleast it fascinated me:-

1) It shows how Guevera and his friend Alberto transform their own self by observation and how life teaches experiences which made them who they were.
2) They encounter poverty stricken peasants, couple forced to road becos of communist beliefs, treatment given to workers. How all of such incidents motivates him.
3) Dream to peacefully revolutionize Latin America. To realise how important it to bring about a change without guns.
4) The journey to SAn Pablo, Peru's lepers colony is very moving. How the river seperated the healthy from the sick. How he goes against the rules not to wear gloves and shake hands with lepers.
5) Youthful motivation & Compassion which Che Guevera shows towards to Lepers and considers them as normal beings in need of love and support rather than bein seperated.
6) It was the symbolic moment in the the movie which makes him an iconic and he realises his calling. He rejects money, prestige, position and turns to the path which he beleived is of respecting, honoring, considering all humans as equals.

Truly interesting......and conscience pricking.
